Grading Scheme: 25% mid-term (I), 25% mid-term (II), 40% final exam (covering all material in the semester), 10% Quiz

Planning Materials: Ch. 7-19 of Atkins/Jones.

Rules:    

-- All course materials and announcements are posted and made in the Ceiba website.  Make sure that your email listed in Ceiba is updated.  Once we transmit info through Ceiba/email, we will assume that you receive course information all right.

-- Course material will be available for printing in Ceiba at least 24 hours before lecture.

-- Request of mid-terms re-grading has to be made within 1 week upon returning the exams.

-- (Missed quizzes) No make-up for quizzes.

-- (Missed mid-terms) If you miss one of the mid-terms with emergency, legitimate reasons

(需向學校正式請假), the other mid-term and final will be scaled to 35% and 50%.  You can’t miss both mid-terms.

-- (Missed Final) 向學校正式請假.  Make-up exam will be arranged through 教務處.
