The Banquet will be held at Howard International House on Monday evening, February 25, 2002, at 7:00 pm (ticket: NT$ 1,000)

 Excursion

Excursion will be arranged on the Tuesday afternoon February 26, 2002, the Lantern Festival day.  The excursion includes a meal for lunch (lunch box) before heading for The National Palace Museum, the world’s largest museum for the collection of Chinese art treasure.  A group tour guide (in English) will be arranged for the visit of the museum.  After approximate 3 hours museum visit, tour group will be taken to Shinkong Mistsukoshi Observatory Tower.  The Tower is the highest building (more than 50 floors) in Taipei.  Tourists can enjoy the bird's-eye view of the city.  Dinner will be arranged in one of the restaurants of the Tower.  When the nighttime comes, the group will be taken to Chaing Kai Shek Memorial to experience the Lantern Festival, the highlight of Yuan-Hsiau Day (February 26^th).  Conference participants who are interested in joining the excursion are asked to make reservations on FORM B. Advanced payment (NT$ 1,500) is required for the excursion when necessary.
