  • 一維奈米線、二維奈米簿膜、石墨烯等新型奈米材料之化學合成、元件製備、光電偵測器設計、能源轉換與存儲、及生物感測器應用

  • 利用奈米級場效電晶體、掃描探針顯微術做為生物感測器,探討細胞之蛋白間作用、離子通量、胞吐與內吞、以及神經元相互作用

1980 年臺灣大學化學系學士;1988 年美國芝加哥大學化學系博士;1989-1991 年麻省理工學院博士後研究;1991-1997 年任臺灣大學化學系副教授;1997-2022 年任臺灣大學化學系教授;2001-2022 年任中央研究院原子與分子科學研究所合聘研究員;2016-2019 年任臺灣大學化學系系主任;2022 年任臺灣大學化學系名譽教授
